However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is made. - All sales are final. Once the product leaves our premises or the service is rendered, we cannot accept returns. 2. No Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for any product or service purchased from Handcrafted Wonders YXE. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
- Any other reason
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item at hcwonders@outlook.com. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or repair, at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not accepted under this policy.
